As an Automation Wizard, you are the go-to person for everything related to our systems and IT infrastructure. You play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT processes, and providing technical support to our employees. You are the one who solves problems before they affect productivity, ensuring that everyone in the company can work without interruptions.

One of the key roles in this position is to proactively present AND implement new automations in marketing, sales, delivery, etc., to work more efficiently or to achieve immediate results.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and managing CRM systems.
• Creating automations within HubSpot.
• Setting up automations via Zapier.
• Integrations between various software tools, such as HubSpot, Typeform, Aircall, Calendly, and Zoom.
• Building dashboards.
• Building great spreadsheets
• Training new system users and support them in using the systems.
• Problem-solving.
• Proactive thinking in automations within marketing and sales.

Requirements

• Marketing insight.
• Experience with AI, Automations and integrations
• Proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch and English at a business level.
• You have a win-or-die, all-or-nothing mentality and are not afraid to get your hands dirty

Compensation

• You work as an independent specialist (as a freelancer)
• You receive a fixed fee + a performance bonus
